I design and build software, websites, and the systems behind them.

I build the tools and systems that quietly run a business — the kind people reach for, not the kind that gathers dust.

// what I build

From a blank page to something people use every day.

I work end to end — designing how it should feel, building the thing itself, and wiring up the systems that keep it running.

Websites & web apps

Modern, fast, responsive sites and applications — designed and coded with care to fit your brand and the way you actually work.

Internal tools & automation

The portals, dashboards, and quiet little tools that take busywork off your plate — built in Python, SQL, and modern web stacks.

Systems & delivery

The operator's edge: I scope it, plan it, and run the build like a project — so what we make ships on time and actually lands.

Recent builds.

Two recent client builds — a global members' platform and a people-ops turnaround.

The Value Web
Platform migration

A member platform they own

Moved a global community off rented software onto a self-owned platform spanning Academy, Assembly & Advocacy.

Ops & tooling

Rebuilding the basics after fast growth

Turned a hard engagement survey into schedules, comms, and digitised workflows a 100-person team could rely on.

// what's in the lab

A cashless event platform, built for one real night.

This one's still a prototype — a working platform I built for a single after-hours event at a major cultural institution, where guests pay, order, and explore entirely from their phones while staff run the floor from a companion console. The bones are real: a white-label system any venue, festival, or institution could run an event on.

Guest

Pay and order from your phone

A prepaid event wallet, order-ahead food and drinks with a live "ready for pickup" ping, and bar tabs — no cash, no lines.

Explore

A venue that guides itself

A tap-to-explore floor map, self-guided tours, and a "what's next" line-up with per-act reminders.

Operations

The whole floor on one screen

Vendor pickup queues, live stock, refunds, drag-and-drop vendor onboarding, and a console for VIP and complimentary access.

Backend

Real plumbing, no overhead

One lightweight backend runs the wallets, orders, and live reconciliation. No app store, no hardware — it runs in a browser.

Want first access? I'll email you the moment these launch.

// about me

An unusual route to building software.

I'm a self-taught designer and builder — and I got here by way of the lab and the construction site.

My foundation is in life sciences and biochemistry, where I learned to think in systems, evidence, and process. From there I went deep into professional practice and project management in design-build architecture and engineering, delivering complex facilities across Canada's biomedical landscape, including radiopharmaceutical environments, where precision and compliance are not optional.

I've never worked in just one lane. I've sat at the table with scientists, engineers, architects, and operators, and I've shipped real things under real constraints. Now I bring that same rigor to software and the web — building tools that are clear, durable, scalable, and a genuine pleasure to use.
